Book
Basic Things I Wasn’t Told at Birth
I collected my own reminders about how life works once the elegant explanations are over and something has to be done.

Where it came from
I wrote this text first of all for myself.
I wanted one place where the basics were said plainly. In another difficult period, I would rather open the right page than invent a new philosophy. Sleep still matters. Money still has to be counted. Boundaries do not set themselves. A postponed decision already has consequences.
What is inside
Eleven chapters about things that affect the result every day.
The book moves through reality, the body, the psyche, thinking, money, work, relationships, time, reputation, risk and meaning. Every chapter ends with questions. I kept them because three decent questions can be more useful than another ten pages of explanation.
